Bridger
Hats for Heroes
Every quarter, Bridger puts hats in the hands of the people this brand was built for. Veterans. First responders. Men in recovery. Coaches. Working-class families. The unsung heroes.
The Idea
Bridger is built for the unsung hero. The man who shows up before anyone else and leaves after everyone else. The man who built something nobody clapped for. The man who is quietly doing the hardest thing he has ever done and telling nobody about it.
Hats for Heroes is the program that puts a Bridger hat in his hands. not because he asked for it, and not because it makes for a good press release. Because he deserves to know someone noticed.
Each quarter, Bridger donates hats through vetted partner organizations. Recipients are chosen by those organizations. not by us. We do not name names. We do not photograph recipients without permission. We put the hat in the right hands and let it do its work.
Who Receives
Hats go to five categories of people. The organizations we work with identify the recipients. We trust them to know who needs it most.
Veterans & Military
Men and women who served and came home to a world that moved on without them. They deserve more than a discount code. Hats go to veteran support programs, transition organizations, and Gold Star families.
First Responders
Firefighters, deputies, corrections officers, paramedics. The people who run toward the thing everyone else is running from. They do not ask for recognition. We give it anyway.
Recovery Communities
Men fighting to stay clean. Sponsors, recovery house residents, program graduates. The hat is a quiet thing to carry. We know what that means.
Youth Coaches & Mentors
Little League coaches, high school football staff, youth pastors. The men who show up every week for kids who are not their own. The ones the kids call when they are thirty-two.
Working-Class Families in Crisis
A family that lost a breadwinner. A single dad holding it together. A man who built something and watched it fall. Hats go where they are needed, through vetted organizations on the ground.
How It Works
01
Partner selected.
Each quarter, Garth selects a vetted organization working directly with unsung heroes. The partner is named publicly.
02
Hats delivered.
Bridger hats ship directly to the partner. Recipients are chosen by the organization. people they know, people on the ground, people who need it.
03
Results reported.
At the end of each quarter, we publish the number of hats given and the organization they went to. No fine print.

Know Someone Who Should Receive One?
If you know an unsung hero who deserves a Bridger hat, tell us about them. We read every submission. We cannot guarantee a hat to every person nominated, but we will make sure the right people see it.
